How it Works
Experience, Technique, and Industry Leading Equipment

Experience
Built on years of hands on expertise with every type of system, from older homes to modern high efficiency setups. That experience lets us identify hidden buildup, clean without disrupting airflow, and use the right techniques for each section of your duct work. The result is a cleaner system, healthier air, and a level of precision only seasoned professionals bring to the job.
Technique
Our technique is all about precision, system knowledge, and a methodical approach that removes buildup without stressing your HVAC or compromising your air quality . We use targeted agitation, controlled negative pressure, and step by step cleaning that reaches deep into the duct work instead of just skimming the surface. Every move is intentional, giving you a cleaner system, better airflow, and a noticeably fresher home
Industry Leading Equipment
Our air duct cleaning is powered by professional‑grade HEPA filtration equipment designed to deliver a safer, more controlled clean. Every tool we use is built for precision and containment. This equipment lets us reach deeper, remove more, and leave your system cleaner.
Our Process
Containment
To maintain a clean environment during the service and improve your overall air quality, our process starts by bringing in our professional‑grade HEPA filtration system. This machine is designed to capture 99.97% of fine particles, ensuring that everything we loosen inside your duct work is safely contained instead of re‑entering your home’s air.
Along with our main HEPA unit, we use a compact HEPA UV air scrubber in each room as we work. This scrubber continuously filters and sanitizes the air, reducing dust, allergens, and airborne contaminants released during the cleaning process. Our HEPA‑filtered shop vac adds another layer of protection, allowing us to capture debris directly at the vent level with precision and full containment.
Phase 1
We start by bringing a large HEPA‑filtered vacuum directly to each supply vent as well as the return duct. Using special agitation tools, we break up dust, debris, and buildup inside the ducts while the HEPA system captures everything. The cleaning doesn’t stop with just the internals. The air inside gets treated as well using our compact UV air scrubbers. Our team also cleans all registers for each of the supplies and return as well as the areas around them.
Phase 2
Once each supply and return line has been cleaned at the vent level, we move to the main trunk line of your HVAC system. This is a line missed by many companies. Here, we create strong negative pressure, allowing us to brush and blow the supply lines a second time to ensure that any remaining debris is pulled into the vacuum system. With the system still under negative pressure, we finish by brushing and blowing out the trunk line and the return line, leaving the entire duct system refreshed and free of accumulated contaminants.

Experience
Crawlspace encapsulation isn’t a one size fits all job, and our experience shows in the way we approach each space. Over the years, we’ve worked in crawlspaces with every imaginable challenge like: standing water, damaged insulation, pest damage, and aging vapor barriers. That background allows us to quickly diagnose what’s happening beneath your home and determine the right combination of sealing, drainage, vapor protection, and de-humidification to correct it.
Technique
With experience and the right tools our technique shines. Inspecting moisture levels, airflow, insulation, and the condition of the existing barrier. From there, we provide a comprehensive approach to the solutions we are able to provide.
Industry Leading Equipment
Our crawlspace work is centered on strict containment to keep your home clean and protected while we work. We isolate the area with professional barriers, maintain controlled airflow, and use HEPA‑based equipment and UV air scrubbers to keep dust and contaminants from escaping the workspace. By keeping the crawlspace fully contained from start to finish, we’re able to work cleaner, safer, and more efficiently while protecting the rest of your home.
Our Process
Diagnosis
Before any Crawlspace work begins, we take the time to understand what’s actually happening in your crawlspace. Our diagnosis focuses on identifying the conditions that are causing moisture, odors, drafts, or structural concerns. We look at humidity levels, insulation condition, vapor barrier failures, drainage issues, and how air is moving through the space.
By pinpointing the source of the problem, we can recommend the right combination of sealing, moisture control, and ventilation adjustments. A clear diagnosis ensures the encapsulation is built around the real needs of your home, not a generic one size fits all approach.
We begin by removing debris and addressing any drainage concerns to ensure the space is clean and dry. Once the area is prepped, we apply a mold‑treatment solution and remediate any visible mold on the joists and sub-floor. After the crawlspace is cleaned and treated, we seal all foundation vents and rim joists using foam board and air‑seal every penetration in the sub-floor. Next, we install a 20‑mil vapor barrier across all ground surfaces to control moisture. With the vapor barrier in place, we insulate the foundation walls and support columns using a reflective barrier insulation. Once the encapsulation is complete, the dehumidifier is installed to maintain proper humidity levels moving forward

Experience
Having cleaned more dryer vents than we can count, we have seen first hand the impact of a clogged dryer vent. Fire hazards being the most dangerous there are other factors to keep in mind like higher humidity and air particulate counts.
Technique
We offer a better technique by incorporating professional equipment to an experienced approach. Couple couple that with visual evidence of the clean using our camera and you can be certain your dryer vent is clean from the external housing to dryer connection.
Industry Leading Equipment
Dryer vent cleaning is more than just a quick sweep with a rotary brush. We offer professional air tools and brushes used together to bring your dryer vent up to standards. With a special camera that attaches to the same equipment we used to clean we can offer you certainty when our work is complete.
Our Process
Our team will remove the external housing to the dryer vent and clean. We attach our flexible high pressure air tools together and sweep brush the lines. We will move into the home to remove the connection to the dyer and clean it as well as any of the line missed from the outside. Will finish by cleaning the area around the dryer and reinstall the the external housings
“Do i need my dryer vent cleaned?”
- Yearly cleans are recommended
- Higher Humidity in the home
- Heavier dust surrounding the dryer
- Increased dry times

Experience
Our team has search for countless hours looking for a better way to apply sanitizers safely and effectively to the ducting system. Traveling across the county in our search we have found a better solution to our problem.
Technique
Our technique is solidified in the way our professional equipment applies an even coat of sanitizer to the ducting system. You can be sure that we reach into every surface of your air ducts.
Industry Leading Equipment
A new innovative product drives our ability to better handle air duct sanitation. This product stands up better, in our opinion than any other duct fogging system on the market.
Our Process
Our team will send areosolized solution down each of the branch lines as well as the main trunk lines and return lines. We will apply the solution to each register and return grate. All HVAC ducting must be clean before we can apply any solutions.
“Is air duct sanitation safe?”
Yes. Our sanitizer is a mineral based solution with no bleach, ammonia, or VOC’s. There is no smell or residuals. This product last a long time on porous surfaces but we recommend yearly applications on on smooth non-porous surfaces like the HVAC ducting.
